NOTE: ALL UNITS WITH WAILEA VACATION RENTALS, INC. ARE “NON-SMOKING".
SMOKING IS PERMITTED ONLY OUTSIDE ON THE LANAI.

DEPOSIT
3 nights deposit required within 7 days of booking. Final balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Please call to make credit card payment. If arrival is less than 60 days, full payment is due within 7 days. No other notice will be sent. We accept cash, personal check, agency check, money order, cashier's check, and VISA / MASTERCARD. Return Check fee: $25.00.

CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 P.M. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 A.M.
Check out after 11:00 am; automatic half-day rental rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
60-day cancellation notice is required. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-rented. For units rented 30 days or more, 1/2 of full balance due 6 months prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Year, no cancellations or refunds after October 1st Full payment due Oct. 1st.

PAYMENT FOR NIGHTS RESERVED
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of the actual arrival or departure date, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY INCLUDING CHILDREN: 1 BD: 4 people, 2 BD: 6 people, 3 BD: 8 people. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival on Maui, you may go directly to Wailea Elua Village, located at 3600 Wailea Alanui Drive; Wailea, Maui, Hawaii 96753. The unit will be locked and the keys will be in an addressed envelope at the Security Gate for you.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Maid service is provided on a weekly basis. If your stay is 7 days or longer, the cleaning will be done in the middle of each 7 day stay. Daily maid service can be arranged for a fee, upon request. On stays less than the 5 night minimum requirement, an additional cleaning charge is required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $300.00 security deposit will be held by Wailea Vacation Rentals, Inc. to offset any damage to the condo during your stay, long distance telephone charges, lost or un-returned keys, lost or un-returned beach towels, and charges for extra cleaning or excessive laundry at the time of your departure. Your deposit will be refunded in a timely manner, within 14 days after your departure.

FEE
Wailea Elua Village has a $104 per rental check-in fee. Wailea Vacation Rentals Inc. has a $65.00 per rental reservation fee. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
